Policies

Please read thoroughly. Booking an appointment means you agree to the current policies listed.

No Children Policy
To maintain a quiet, relaxing environment and for safety reasons, children are not allowed in the salon during appointments.



Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. Late arrivals may also result in a shortened appointment to respect the next client’s time.



Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee.



No-Show Policy
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Future appointments may require a deposit or prepayment.



Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute reschedules may be treated as a cancellation.



Card on File Policy
A card is required to book. Deposits (if used) are non-refundable and go toward your appointment.



Refund Policy
All services are final sale. No refunds are offered. If there is an issue, please contact me within 48 hours so I can make it right.



Fill Policy (Lash Extensions)
A fill is considered a fill only if you have at least 40–50% of your lashes remaining. If less than that remains, it will be booked as a full set.




Sickness Policy
If you are sick (fever, flu symptoms, stomach bug, pink eye, etc.), please reschedule. This protects you, other clients, and the salon environment.



Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms include card, cash, and any other payment methods you choose.



Redo / Adjustment Policy
If you experience an issue with your lashes, you must contact me within 48 hours for a complimentary fix. After that timeframe, it will be considered a paid service.



Service Refusal Policy
For safety and sanitation reasons, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing disrespectful behavior, arriving under the influence, or not following salon policies.



Aftercare Policy
Client results depend on proper aftercare. If aftercare instructions are not followed, retention issues are not guaranteed.



Right to Update Policies
Policies may be updated at any time. Booking an appointment means you agree to the current policies listed.
